Yigal Rosen, PhD

Dr. Rosen is an internationally recognized leader in the science of human capability assessment, known for pioneering work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, computational psychometrics, learning sciences, and human potential. As Harvard University’s scientist, Dr. Rosen led the development of innovative AI technologies—most notably pioneering agentic AI for learning and assessment of hard-to-measure skills, which have been deployed in Microsoft and HarvardX talent development programs. He and his team at Pearson and ACT led the first OECD’s global assessment of collaboration and creative thinking skills. Dr. Rosen’s research was supported by the U.S. National Science Foundation and The LEGO Foundation.
