Conference registration includes access to General Sessions, Keynote, Breakout Sessions, Receptions, Meals and Expo Area throughout the 3-day event. Hotel accommodations are not included with your registration fee. To make your hotel reservations, please visit our hotel page.

CLOs, CTOs, CHROs, VPs/ Directors/Managers of Learning & Development, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Current and Past HCM Excellence Award Winners, Brandon Hall Group member organizations.

Due to the nature of our conference and the integration of our award-winning organizations throughout our entire program, we are not offering tickets to strictly attend the Excellence Awards Ceremony and Gala at this time. All cancellations are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. You may cancel your registrations through December 31, 2023 for a refund (minus the cancellation fee). Any cancellations made after December 31, 2023 will not be refunded. You may transfer your registration to someone else without incurring any fees. You may also opt to receive a credit to apply towards future events, services, awards entries, etc. To cancel your registration, please reach out to us at excellenceconference@brandonhall.com.

Cocktail/black tie optional attire is suggested.

  • We are not requiring proof of vaccination.
  • We are not requiring masks, unless mandated by local/state laws.
  • We are recommending social distancing practices and have our meeting rooms set up with additional space between tables/seats.
  • The hotel is disinfecting each meeting room between sessions and they have a CleanStay policy for stay rooms and other common areas: https://www.hilton.com/en/corporate/cleanstay/.
  • The meeting space is also equipped with hand sanitizing stations.

As a general rule, we are following our local/state mandates and guidelines. In the event that we are mandated to wear masks again, we would implement that within the event as well. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

There will be assigned seating for the ceremony. If you are attending the event with team members, customer(s) and/or partnering organizations, we encourage early registration of all members of your team. We will do our best to seat members of the same organization together, however, late registrations may not allow for that.

 

Along with assigned seating, we will be implementing the use of zones. Those who register earlier will be seated in a zone closer to the stage than those who register later. Please plan accordingly.

ICYMI – there are a limited number of tables available for reservation. You are required to secure 5 seats for a half table and 10 seats for a full table. If you have less than 5 or 10 – respectively – in your party, then we reserve the right to assign someone to any unused seats. No partial refunds will be provided for any unused seats. You have paid for preferred seating.
