Tom leads the Cybersecurity Policy and Awareness team at Trinity Health, which is a national non-profit, Catholic healthcare system.  His responsibilities include governance of Cybersecurity Policy which is foundationally based in both Privacy principles and protection of information systems and data.  These policies establish the requirements which integrates cybersecurity into the entire, technology lifecycle and across this large hospital system. All healthcare systems run on IT. Protecting patients includes their safety, privacy, and confidential data.  Additionally, this Cybersecurity Awareness program continuously trains and quantitatively measures the individual security habits of 150,000 employees.  This elite program has earned 5 international awards in the last 3 years including back-to-back Brandon Hall Gold Awards for Best Compliance Training and Best Competencies and Skill Development.  Tom’s additional experiences include Consulting, Risk Management, Program Management, Organizational Change, Marketing, and Communication.  He holds certifications in Cybersecurity Management, Project Management, and Design for Six Sigma.
