Dr. Sandra Loughlin is an academic-turned-executive dedicated to helping organizations realize competitive advantage through people. As Chief Learning Scientist at EPAM Systems, she helps steer a 65,000-person global digital engineering services firm that runs on deep, continuous workforce intelligence—an operating model that Forrester calls a blueprint for the future of work—and advises Fortune 500 clients on how they can do the same. She is currently writing a book with Harvard Business Review Press on the new operating model for the AI economy, one that derives competitive advantage through, not in spite of, people. Sandra holds a Ph.D from the University of Maryland and master’s degree from Harvard University.
