Eric Dill

Eric Dill is Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at the American Arbitration Association (AAA), where he leads the organization’s people strategy and Panel Relations.  His responsibilities include talent and leadership development, organizational culture, workforce strategy, learning, human resources technology, and the development, engagement, and quality of the AAA’s panel of 5,000 arbitrators and mediators.

Working at the intersection of people, technology, and the future of dispute resolution, Dill has helped lead the AAA’s adoption of generative AI, workforce-wide AI education, and technology-enabled learning.  He has also supported initiatives that prepare employees, arbitrators, and mediators for emerging areas, including digital assets, blockchain, smart contracts, and agentic commerce.

During his tenure, the AAA has been consistently recognized as a best-in-class employer by The NonProfit Times, Best Companies Group, and AJ Gallagher.  Recently, the AAA received Intellum’s 2025 Growth Makers Award for its Gen AI learning program, and the HR team was named a finalist for HR Executive’s 2026 Icons Award for Excellence in Talent Strategy and Development.

 Dill earned a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University, with a dual major in economics and philosophy, and holds both the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) credentials.
