As the Vice President of Product and Innovation at Chronus, Courtney’s purpose is to reach new horizons by empowering people to live on the edge of possibility. With a passion for building beloved, human-centric experiences, she continues to envision how our solution can best help organizations and individuals thrive in the ever-evolving world of work.

Prior to Chronus, Courtney co-founded Imperative, a purpose-driven engagement solution that connected employees to their purpose, to their team members and to their organization. Used by enterprises around the world, the product fueled high trust cultures, busted organizational silos and increased employee engagement. Imperative was acquired by Chronus in 2024.

Courtney’s entrepreneurial career has been spent at the intersection of product, HR and customer experience. She was previously on the founding leadership team of Red Frog Events, recognized for record breaking revenue growth and for being a top workplace across Forbes, Chicago Tribune and Outside Magazine. As a former Head of HR herself, Courtney cares deeply about how Chronus can help our customers build best-in-class workplace experiences that are scalable and easy to manage.

She holds a B.A. in Psychology and Communications from the University of Michigan and has continued her education with master courses in Industrial Organizational Psychology and Change Management.
