The DEI Immersive Experience, slated for Monday, February 12, 2024, in the picturesque setting of West Palm Beach, Florida, is a transformative five-hour event designed exclusively for human resources professionals and business executives passionate about fostering Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within their organizations.

This day will include:

• 30-minute, targeted presentations focused on thought leadership and best practices moderated by Brandon Hall Group COO Rachel Cooke.

• Scenario-based learning in which groups of attendees are given specific DEI challenges based on real-life scenarios and work together to forge strategic solutions.
