Todd Smith is the Executive Director of Enterprise Learning & Development at The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC), where he has spent most of his career spanning multiple roles across the Education, Sales, Marketing, Communications and HR disciplines. In his position, Todd focuses on delivering scale-able, multi award-winning learning solutions to support key global flagship initiatives designed to future-proof the workforce.
