Suzanne Laine has over 25 years of experience building global corporate learning organizations within the heavy-duty mining and telecommunications industries. At Flexco, a 116 year old privately held company supporting heavy duty mining/logistics/food processing industries, she leads a technology-driven team focused on building worldclass training and development programs for employees, customers and end users. Her team drives employee and leader development, product and technology training, manufacturing safety training, and customer/end user school, online and field-based training. She is passionate about aligning programs with business objectives, employing creative approaches to measure the impact/return on training investments and developing strategic learning partnerships. Suzanne holds a master’s degree in Business Education/Training & Development from Illinois State University and a bachelor’s degree from University of Illinois.
