Sarah Tobey is Director of People Analytics at McKinsey & Company, where she leads cross-disciplinary teams spanning people strategy, data science, engineering and development to pursue new insight through advanced analytics and translate them into solutions that enable impact at scale.

Previously, Sarah was a consultant in McKinsey’s New Jersey office, serving clients as a People Analytics Expert across a range of industries, as well as working in multiple technology start-ups. Sarah earned her MBA from Columbia University and a degree in Neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania.
