Rachel Bolton is a senior leadership development executive, facilitator, and ICF-certified coach (ACC) with more than 20 years of experience designing and leading enterprise leadership strategies for Fortune 500 and Fortune 200 organizations. She is known for building scalable leadership programs, strengthening talent pipelines, and partnering closely with senior leaders to deliver measurable business impact through people-centered leadership.
Most recently, Rachel served as Vice President of Enterprise Leadership Development at Stanley Black & Decker, and previously held leadership development roles at Wesco and The Home Depot, where she architected enterprise-wide leadership frameworks and programs aligned to business priorities and supported leaders navigating complexity, change, and growth at scale.
