Kyile Stair is the Chief People Officer at Litmos, where she is dedicated to driving business success by building highly engaged, inclusive and empowered teams. In her role, Kyile oversees the global HR organization, and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s people strategy, including: talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation, benefits, diversity equity and inclusion, organizational design, employee relations, and people tools and technologies.
Before joining Litmos, Kyile served as the Human Resources Senior Director working with SAP’s Chief Learning Officer and Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer. She strategically developed and executed a comprehensive people strategy for over 2,000 employees worldwide, resulting in a diverse, high-performing, and engaged organization that consistently achieved business goals.
