Kelly is the Head of Global Learning at Takeda Pharmaceuticals. She is responsible for leading Takeda's strategy to realize a culture of lifelong learning at Takeda. She has over 25 years of experience in human resources, focused mainly on learning/talent strategy development and the implementation of key change initiatives. Her experience is primarily centered in the pharmaceutical industry with an emphasis in manufacturing. Kelly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University and a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University.
