In Jill’s over 20 -year tenure with Cox Communications, she excels at collaborating with leaders and their teams to build professional and leadership capabilities. She is uniquely experienced in leading cross-functional teams in the development of results oriented and impactful learning & development programs from ideation thru to sustainability. A few highlights of leading and championing teams that develop and implement powerful experiences include:

-Annual Supervisor Summit, providing scale-able business imperative learning programs for 250+ Supervisors. Leaders in the business continue to leverage the tools and learnings on an ongoing basis.

-20/20 Vision Leadership Series: FOCUS for Supervisors, a foundational six-month leadership program experience that served all 1500+ front-line supervisors across the Cox footprint. Results exceeding the Employee Experience goal of 85% and increased perception of skill improvement by 50-70%.

-The Coaching Culture that involved on-going skill practice for 400+ people leaders resulted in positive increase from year 1 to year 3 in coaching capabilities such as effective listener, providing feedback, and communicating clearly.

Jill attended the University of Minnesota, Moorhead earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Her certifications and accreditations include SHRM – CP, HRCI - PHR and ICF- PCC.
