Jennifer joined Majesco in January, 2021 as the SVP, Services for the Life & Annuity Health (L&AH) Business Unit. In this role she was accountable for customer deployments of Majesco products including L&AH Core, Distribution Management, ClaimVantage, and InsPro.
Jen moved into Majesco’s Chief Learning Officer role in July, 2023 where she is part of a very talented Education team who are executing the company’s Learning Strategy. They are focused on upskilling associates in both technical and soft skills through e-learning, remote learning and some in-person education. For all modes of education, Majesco is leveraging industry-leading technologies, such as Skillable. They’ve deployed a “Teach Me, Show Me, Let Me Try” learning architecture that helped move them from old-school video training to an environment with virtual labs where students receive practical, hands-on experience with Majesco’s products to make them productive in a shorter period of time.
In 2024, Majesco will continue their journey to update product and toolkit education. This will increase learning modules for L&AH and P&C, and begin to include other products within the Majesco family such as Distribution Management, Digital 1st, and Loss Control 360. They will also expand education opportunities for customers and Systems Integrator (SI) partners, such as Capgemini, PwC, KPMG, Ernst & Young, and Deloitte.
Prior to joining Majesco, Jen spent time at Nationwide Insurance and JP Morgan in Columbus, Ohio. At Nationwide, she led large business transformation programs in financial services, L&AH, and P&C businesses. While at JP Morgan, she was responsible for standing up their offshore delivery model and partnerships for all Home Finance applications. She also worked on the BankOne/Chase merger where she was accountable for Home Finance application conversions.
Jen started her career in consulting. She spent 10 years with Ernst & Young LLP where she held developer and program manager roles and worked at various companies in several different industries, such as Insurance/Banking, Oil & Gas, Non-Profit, and Automotive.
Jen splits her time between Cincinnati, Ohio and Venice, Florida. She is an avid Bengals fan and season-ticket holder, and proud dog mom to Lilly and Gracie.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Dayton.
