amahl Green is a Human Resources Executive with over 25 years of responsible and progressive experience in human resource management in the Financial Services Industry. He is the Human Resources Executive for the Strategy, Digital, and Innovation, Global Treasury Management and Diverse Segments, Representation, and Inclusion functions at Wells Fargo. Jamahl’s focus is championing a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and continuous learning within one of the world’s leading financial institutions.
In this position Jamahl works in close partnership with senior leadership and manages HR professionals responsible for leading end-to-end human capital strategy and programs across the buninesses.
At Wells Fargo, Jamahl has been pivotal in leading and orchstrating groundbreaking programs focused on talent acquisition, change management, and leadership development. Jamahl also serves on the Wells Fargo Human Resources Management Council.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Jamahl worked with BNP Paribas, JP Morgan Chase, Citi and its predecessor companies. Jamahl has led Human Resources Functions across various businesses including, Corporate and Investment Banking, Global Markets, Credit Risk, Model Governance and Review, Wealth Management, Commercial Banking and Consumer Lending.
Throughout his career Jamahl has held a wide range of leadership roles in Human Resources disciplines including, talent acquisiton, compensation, leadership and employee development, project management and other HR Business Partner functions.
Jamahl earned his Bachelor’s degree from Clemson University where he studied Human Resources and a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
