Director of Leadership Development
Prior to working at CHRISTUS Health as Director of Leadership Development, Jaime had a 14-year career in higher education, where she was most recently an academic dean. At CHRISTUS, Jaime is responsible for the leadership development strategy, providing direction for the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs serving leaders at each point of the leadership pipeline. She is also an executive coach, having worked with clients in healthcare, higher education, governmental organizations, and both nonprofit and for-profit organizations. Jaime’s passion is in helping leaders identify and overcome the internal barriers that block them from reaching their full leadership potential. Jaime has a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Southern Methodist University and a Ph.D. in Couple and Family Therapy from Michigan State University.
