She takes great pride in helping leaders and client-facing teams enhance relationships and drive revenue through customized training and coaching. Monika has built and delivered sales training, leadership development and well-being programs for Fortune 100 companies and tens of thousands of financial professionals throughout her career. She is a graduate of the University of South Florida and received her coaching certification through the University of Miami. Wellness is a topic Monika is extremely passionate about and she has been honored to serve as a coach in partnership with Johnson & Johnson's world-famous Human Performance Institute since 2016. She holds certifications as a Consultative Selling Skills trainer, Everything DiSC facilitator, and maintains a FINRA Series 6, Series 63, and Life, Health, and Variable Annuity license. Monika resides in Delray Beach, FL with her husband Mike and two little ones, Bode (5) and Ivy (2.5). She loves to travel the world and has been to 33 countries and counting.
