Mike McGrath is currently Senior Director, Medical Excellence Strategy & Operations at Bristol-Myers Squibb. With over 30 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical space, Mike has led both commercial and global medical learning and development teams in both large and small organizations, with a focus on curriculum design, leadership development and learning simulations. He had been previously recognized for his innovative work in creating new approaches to medical training, utilizing “just in time” video-based learning to elevate engagement at medical congress events and building business acumen though immersive simulation programs. Mike has also led teams in development and execution of large-scale product launch events, medical learning seminars and global leadership development programs. He is a frequent speaker at the LTEN Annual Learning Conference and a trained facilitator for a number of learning programs.
