Lenise White is a results-driven leader in training and development, currently serving as the
Measurement and Evaluation Specialist for the Sandals Corporate University. Lenise has over 20 years’ experience spanning the hospitality industry and academia. She attained the Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism Management at the University of the West Indies. She also holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Brenau University in Atlanta, Georgia. A strong believer in quality education, she went on to pursue additional certifications in Training and Assessment.
Her diverse professional background also includes serving as the Vice Principal of Academic and Student Affairs, where she had oversight for academics, giving her firsthand experience in the design and delivery of formative and summative assessments. This experience also encompassed the evaluation of courses to assess the effectiveness of content delivery and instructional methodologies.
Lenise plays a critical role in the Sandals Corporate University by measuring the effectiveness of training programmes, evaluating their impact on team member performance and the business, and providing recommendations for improvement. She also focuses on designing assessment strategies, developing evaluation criteria, analysing data, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with Sandals’ high-quality standards.
Lenise is a lover of nature and enjoys visiting natural attractions. She values family and devotes her time to sharing special moments. She has a passion for developing people, which she believes will empower them to lead meaningful lives.
