Dr. Todd Harrison joined the GE HealthCare in 2022 as the Senior Director of Leadership Development for the GE HealthCare US & Canada Region where he led a team of four focused on designing and delivering leadership development programming for all people leaders and emerging leaders within the Commercial & Services groups. In September of 2023, he was promoted to his current role of Vice President for the Global Leadership Academies, leading a team of five focused on building a strong leadership pipeline for the company by launching four leadership academies globally targeted to emerging, frontline, mid-level, and executive leader levels. Todd has over 25 years of experience as a practitioner and executive unlocking the potential of leaders at all levels of an organization. He brings extensive knowledge and experience in several areas of talent management, with specialized expertise in leadership development, succession planning, performance assessment/improvement, change management, and human capital analytics. Prior to joining GE HealthCare, he held senior-level talent development roles in the healthcare and insurance industries to include Stryker, Ascension Health System, and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Additionally, he honed his leadership skills serving for five years as the General Manager for Metrics that Matter, a learning and talent analytics business unit for the Corporate Executive Board (CEB). Todd is also a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel, having served 23 years of service.
