What's Included with Your Registration?

Conference registration includes access to General Sessions, Keynote, Breakout Sessions, Receptions, Meals and Expo Area throughout the 3-day event. Hotel accommodations are not included with your registration fee. To make your hotel reservations, please visit our hotel page.

Who Should Attend?

CLOs, CTOs, CHROs, VPs/ Directors/Managers of Learning & Development, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Current and Past HCM Excellence Award Winners, Brandon Hall Group member organizations.

Can I purchase a pass for the Awards Ceremony and Gala only?

Due to the nature of our conference and the integration of our award-winning organizations throughout our entire program, we are not offering tickets to strictly attend the Excellence Awards Ceremony and Gala at this time. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at [email protected]

Can I cancel my registration?

All cancellations are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. You may cancel your registrations through December 31, 2025 for a refund (minus the cancellation fee). Any cancellations made after December 31, 2025 will not be refunded. You may transfer your registration to someone else without incurring any fees. You may also opt to receive a credit to apply towards future events, services, awards entries, etc. To cancel your registration, please reach out to us at [email protected]

How do I know which rate I qualify for?

What is the dress code for the gala?

Cocktail/black tie optional attire is suggested.

Assigned Ceremony Seating

There will be assigned seating for the ceremony. If you are attending the event with team members, customer(s) and/or partnering organizations, we encourage early registration of all members of your team. We will do our best to seat members of the same organization together, however, late registrations may not allow for that.

Along with assigned seating, we will be implementing the use of zones. Those who register earlier will be seated in a zone closer to the stage than those who register later. Please plan accordingly.

Table Reservations

ICYMI – there are a limited number of tables available for reservation. You are required to secure 5 seats for a half table and 10 seats for a full table. If you have less than 5 or 10 – respectively – in your party, then we reserve the right to assign someone to any unused seats. No partial refunds will be provided for any unused seats. You have paid for preferred seating. If you did not reserve a table during registration and would like to, please email us to purchase.

How do I claim my PDC's for HRCI, SHRM, and ATD?

For SHRM and ATD:

Credits awarded for conference attendance: 17.5

Professionals can earn valuable Professional Development Credits (PDCs) at the Brandon Hall Group Excellence Conference, February 13th-15th. This premier event is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Association for Talent Development (ATD) to provide 17.5 PDCs for attendees. The conference features dynamic sessions led by top executives and experts in HR, talent acquisition, and talent development. Attendees gain insights into the latest trends and best practices to bring back to their organizations. By participating in Brandon Hall Group’s acclaimed Excellence Conference, talent leaders can stay ahead of industry changes while satisfying recertification requirements with SHRM and ATD accredited PDCs.

We will provide you with a certificate of completion post-conference that will contain the Activity ID and other necessary information. This will be upon verification of conference attendance (so please be sure to check-in at the check-in/information desk).
