In her role as Leadership Capability Lead, Juana is responsible for driving GAF’s leadership development strategy, aiming to design learning experiences that enable leaders at all levels to cultivate the mindset and skills that drive high engagement and performance.

Juana is a coach and a teacher by vocation, and has a solid background in all key roles of the Learning & Development function across various industries including pharma, engineering, insurance and manufacturing. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology with emphasis in Organizational Behavior and is a trained coach on track for IFC certification by the end of 2023.
