Dan Morales is the Global Leader of People Analytics and Digital Enablement at McKinsey & Company, where he leads cross-disciplinary technical teams, develops and maintains an integrated portfolio of digital capabilities, and leverages advanced analytics methods to support McKinsey’s people mission: to build a great Firm that attracts, develops, excites, and retains exceptional people.
Previously, Dan was an Associate Partner in McKinsey’s Washington, DC, office, where he led client service teams across industries on organization and technology related engagements in the public and private sector. Dan holds a PhD in Management Science from Stanford University and engineering degrees from the US Air Force Academy and MIT.
