Tulie White is the Global Vice President of Enterprise Learning and Development at The Estée Lauder Companies. She is based in New York City and joined ELC in 2013. Tulie is responsible for setting the vision and strategy to develop The Estée Lauder Companies’ employees globally. In her role, she drives enterprise learning initiatives aligned to corporate strategy, leadership development, skills-based learning solutions and technology innovations as part of Global HR’s Talent COE. She leads a multi-award winning team that delivers cross-functional transformational programs globally. Tulie is a mentor for Young Women's Leadership School of East Harlem – Brooklyn and a certified facilitator and coach in CliftonStrengths, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect, and Fierce Conversations.
