Baker Hughes

After graduating with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio State University, Thai Mach joined Baker Hughes in 2009 as a Wireline Field Engineer for the Gulf of Mexico. He transitioned to the learning team in 2014, upon graduating from the early-career development program, LEAD. Throughout his time with this organization, he has always been passionate about learning, either as a learner himself or supporting learners. He is an advocate for innovative, contemporary and inclusive learning, whether it is experimenting with new technology or applying data analytics to understand the learner's behavior better. Thai resides in Cincinnati, Ohio with his wife, two sons, dog and two cats.
