In his current role, Ryan is responsible for driving the strategy, development and approach of performance management, talent management and career pathing across the company. Ryan leads a team that partners throughout the organization to create a seamless associate experience to help associates perform at their best, develop to expand their potential and discover a career at Kroger. Ryan believes sustainable high performance is attainable by leading with a passion for people and passion for results. Ryan has a bachelors in business administration from Xavier University and an MBA from Ohio University.
