Ryan Grad is the leader of talent management at Kroger. Ryan joined Kroger in 2014 and has held numerous roles in the human resources function. In his current role, Ryan is responsible for driving the strategy, development and approach of performance management, succession planning and career pathing across the company. Ryan leads a team that partners throughout the organization to create a seamless associate experience to help associates perform at their best, develop to expand their potential, and discover a career at Kroger. Ryan believes sustainable high performance is attainable by leading with a passion for people and passion for results. Ryan has a bachelors in business administration from Xavier University and an MBA from Ohio University.
