Ronda Bazley Moore leads the development and implementation of a strategic inclusion and diversity agenda for LexisNexis Legal & Professional. Ronda has built an inclusion and diversity strategy that has quickly accelerated the organization’s capability to embed I&D into its culture to make it a competitive differentiator and the key to unleashing innovation to deliver high performance and business results. Ronda previously was the VP, Global Talent Development at LexisNexis, where she partnered with business leaders to advance the knowledge, skills and capabilities of professionals across the organization. Before joining LexisNexis, Ronda worked with Accenture, Bank of America, Deloitte and IBM. A native of Charlotte, NC, Ronda completed her undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and earned a graduate degree from North Carolina State University where she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
