With over 25 years in human performance and learning, leadership, and customer experience management Mike has made it his mission to help employees, companies and customers be better and accomplish more than they ever thought possible. From facilitating team building programs in the woods to looking after thousands of SAP Litmos customers as they journey through onboarding to renewal and beyond, Mike has worn man y hats in this space and inspired many people along the way. Mike is an accomplished speaker, facilitator, and business leader with a Master’s degree in Instructional Design and Technology. Currently he heads up the Customer Experience and Learning team at SAP Litmos covering all things from onboarding, customer enablement, customer success, a sales help desk, and a team of technical account managers. Mike lives in beautiful Chico, California with his wife and two sons.
