She has more than 15 years of global experience in the UK, South Africa, USA and Canada. Melody is a "roll up your sleeves and make it happen" kind of person with a "people first" mindset and track record of building high-performing, diverse and purpose-led teams. She has been with Baker Hughes for 11 years and focuses on empowering people and giving them the freedom, trust and responsibility to make a real impact. Melody is a chartered HR professional in multiple countries and has a Masters Designation in Strategic Workforce Planning from the Human Capital Institute.
