Kristi Stuetzer’s career includes over 20 years of experience in progressively challenging HR leadership roles, where her accomplishments have centered on strategic business partnering, organizational development and building people-focused processes. Kristi holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development from Oakland University, a Master of Science in Management from Walsh College, the SHRM Senior Certified Professional designation, a Certificate in Professional Coaching by the International Coach Federation, and a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University. She also enjoys public speaking where she can share her passion for the HR profession and has been featured at the Michigan State SHRM annual conference. She also founded a peer-to-peer networking group on LinkedIn, called “HR United for Vitality”, for HR professionals and business leaders. The purpose of HR United is to bring HR and business professionals together for best practice sharing, to bolster the impact all people bring to the organizations they work for.
