Kirsten serves as a leader in Human Resources at Intermountain Healthcare and supports the coaching and mentoring programs. Previously, she was the System Director for Organizational Systems & Services, where she led strategy of the training team in the implementation and support of leadership and development of service-line functions and systems training including mission, finance, HR, IT, integrity and compliance, program management, legal, stewardship and real estate. Her professional experience spans across the retirement, banking, and auto industries. With over 25 years in the learning and development space, Kirsten has obtained firsthand experience in a variety of management and senior leadership roles and has a knack for integrating people with business strategy, infrastructure, framework, and leadership behaviors. She finds joy in coaching and mentoring in the areas of engagement, retention, development, effectiveness, and team dynamics with an expert ability to genuinely connect across all generations and workforce roles.
