John Hoffer is a Senior Director of Enterprise Learning at PPD, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific. He is based in the Austin, Texas, area and joined PPD in 2014. John is responsible for Learning Support which includes Technology and Innovation, Vendor Management and LMS Sustainment functions. In his role he provides expertise in Learning technologies and providers in identification and implementation of new and innovative tools and systems for PPD. He leads a team which supports internal business partners and external clients use of those tool and systems with the goal of ensuring the best learner experience possible is delivered to end users. John has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio and has been in the Learning Industry for 26 years, most of that time handling the tools, technology and infrastructure required for the effective development and delivery of learning.
