I am lucky enough to professionalize my passion, working with fabulous employees and helping them to develop further and beyond their expectations.

I am eager to change the way we live and breathe HR in a corporate environment. I am excited about new technologies and am always looking for new trends to foster a culture change. For me it is crucial to have an impact as a Human Resources professional. Exchanging ideas with employees, stakeholders, peers and colleagues from other companies are key to come up with my best ideas.

I have gained a PhD from the University of St. Gallen at the Institute of Leadership and Personal Development. I hold a Master and Bachelor in Business Administration from the Freie Universität Berlin and Universiteit van Amsterdam.
