Chantelle Nash has 12+ years of experience in global L&D and HR Technology. Chantelle joined GE Oil & Gas in 2012. In 2014, she joined the Digital Learning & Technology team at GE Crotonville, tasked with building an in-house learning experience platform (BrilliantYOU), serving as product manager and engagement lead alongside UX, design, engineering, and analytics experts. Chantelle joined Baker Hughes in 2020 to support the digital learning transformation, creating a strategic roadmap and partnerships to develop the learning technology ecosystem. Since joining, she has successfully led the transition of design and operations for several leadership programs to a virtual approach, including the company’s new community-based experience focused on the Baker Hughes values named CORE. Chantelle holds an M.S. in Human Resource Development and a B.A. in Corporate Communication from the University of Houston.
