Adonica Black is committed to building a culture of inclusion where people can live to their full talent potential to enhance business performance. Her experience includes working with internal and external clients globally across different industries in the areas of leadership development, inclusion and diversity, employee experience and engagement, and learning. Adonica is a consistent top performer with a strong ability to build relationships, drive for results, and develop others. Adonica has a Juris Doctor from the George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts with a focus on International Relations, Finance, and Marketing from Duke University. Adonica is also the Director for the LexisNexis African Ancestry Network and LexisNexis Rule of Law Foundation Fellowship, a program that partners with the Historically Black Colleges and Universities Law School Consortium. Adonica sits on her undergraduate alma mater Duke University’s Global Board of Directors, is Chair of the Women’s Forum, and leads the Women of Color Coalition for her Alumni Association.
