This four-hour workshop is an accelerated approach to earning a Brandon Hall Group Certified Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Leader designation. It is recommended for anyone who aspires to be a leader in building a culture of DE&I in their organization. This includes HR and DE&I professionals, but also anyone who wants to expand their leadership skills to DE&I. There is no pre-requisite for the workshop other than reading the resource materials provided before attending the session.

Leveraging a flipped-classroom model, participants will have access before the conference to resource materials for eight Brandon Hall Group DE&I leadership competencies plus other foundational competencies. Attendees are encouraged to study the material before the conference.

Using that content as a base, the workshop will focus on sharing insights and experiences around DE&I leadership and working through two case studies that require participants to apply the leadership competencies to address real-world situations. Participants who complete the workshop will receive a workshop completion badge plus Brandon Hall’s Certified Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Leader designation. HRCI and SHRM credits are pending.
